Michele Carey, also known as Michele Lee Henson, is the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, who was a doctor as well as Thelma Burell Henson. Her birthplace was in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America and was born on 26 February 1942. She was a piano prodigy when she was a teen and won the national competition at Chicago Music Festival at just thirteen years old.
