Sara Gilbert has received two nominations for the Primetime Emmy Award. Her debut performance was on the television show "Roseanne" in the role of Darlene Conner Healy. She has played a number of memorable roles, including 'Leslie Winkle,' the well-known character from the show "The Big Bang Theory." Other credits in her acting career include movies like Poison ivy', The Big Tease' and the l'Alleluia. Gilbert decided not to speak about her sexuality publicly after recognizing it. She was in a relationship with Johnny Galecki, her actor co-star during the beginning of her career, before she came to terms with her sexuality. Later, she would get involved with the producer Allison Adler.After their breakup prior to the premiere on her talk program, Sara Gilbert came out publicly. From 2014 through the year 2019, she got married to singer-songwriter Linda Perry.
